Drink as a tea or cordial for premenstrual imbalances and during your cycle to ease tension and promote harmony.
For tea: pour 1 cup boiling water over 1-2 tsp of herb . let steep 5 minutes.
For cordial: cover herbs in red wine and let steep for 4-6 weeks. strain herbs and add honey to taste. it should be sweet tasting. drink in small doses as needed to restore the body.
